For the packaging of some specific commodities, such as ceramics, glass products, electrical appliances, instruments, etc., it is also necessary to test the cushioning performance of the carton for the commodity, that is, to simulate transportation, loading and unloading, vibration, drop and other tests;
1. Drop test
The number of times the carton after packaging the goods is dropped from the specified height according to different postures, and the packaged goods in the carton are perfect after a certain number of inspections, or the number of times when the carton is damaged.
2. Incline impact test
Rotate the carton on the trolley, then slide it down the slope of a certain height, and finally hit the baffle. It is similar to an emergency braking situation during transport.
3. Vibration test
Put the packaged goods in the carton on the vibrating table, so that they are subjected to horizontal and vertical vibration, or two-way vibration at the same time.
4. Hexagonal drum rotation test
Put the carton into the hexagonal rotary drum equipped with the impact plate, rotate it according to the specified number of revolutions and times, and then inspect the damage of the goods and the carton. The above dynamic experiments are all destructive. To improve the damage resistance of cartons and goods is the use of buffer liners, separators or other protective measures when packaging goods. In addition, some packaging cartons also need to be tested for spraying, weather resistance, etc., which can be agreed according to the contract between the two parties.
